We equip students with essential Work and Industry Neutral Growth Skills (WINGS), such as creativity, critical thinking, attention management and emotional intelligence. These skills are essential for thriving in any career but are often missing from traditional curriculum. WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY

"The WINGS class taught me how to get out of my comfort zone to share my ideas. My hack-a-thon team created the idea for an innovation called the Apportion Shelf - this will be a place at our school to help students share school supplies, and we are launching it this term. We wanted to create an innovation to help students at The North Green School because we care."

"Through The Musizi WINGS Program's debate training and activities, I’ve learned that progress doesn’t always come in giant leaps, but in small, deliberate steps. I never imagined I would be recognized as a strong speaker, but now I’m confident in my ability to express myself. Critical thinking, honed through the debates, has taught me to weigh the pros and cons of any situation, helping me make more thoughtful, realistic decisions."

"Engaging in debates through The Musizi WINGS Program has revealed my strength in verbal expression and collaboration. I’m surprised by how much I’ve grown in areas like research and making counterarguments. Before, I didn’t believe I could excel in these areas, but now I see my potential and look forward to further developing my skills. I have also learnt that different perspectives matter. There’s rarely a clear-cut right or wrong when we consider individual viewpoints, and judgment should come after thoughtful analysis."
